1. Handling of Personal Information
General Incorporated Association Bunkaju (hereinafter, “the Association”) complies with all relevant laws, guidelines, and other regulations concerning the protection of personal information when handling personal information acquired by the Association.

The Association shall implement appropriate organizational, physical, human, and technical measures to protect personal information. We will take necessary and appropriate steps to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information handled by the Association and to otherwise ensure the secure management of personal information.

7. Disposal of Personal Information
When the necessity of personal information is lost in light of its purpose of use, the Association shall delete or dispose of the personal information. This deletion and disposal shall be carried out by necessary and appropriate means to prevent risks such as external leakage, and to the extent necessary for the execution of our business.
